Do you have previous experience in administration and secretarial duties?  Would you describe yourself as organized, reliable, detail-oriented, and a team player?  If so, our Office Management department may be the ideal environment for you.  We are looking to hire an Office Management Specialist (m/f/x) to join our team in Malta. You will provide support and assistance to the Chiefs and Management team on the day-to-day operations, while also being a point of contact for any administrative-related tasks. 

Job Description

Your playing field: 

  • Provide top-notch support to the business, assisting the Team Lead in delivering a professional office management service.
  • Manage business travel bookings and team travel according to our processes and procedures.
  • Oversee calendars and diaries, including meeting management for the Chiefs and designated Directors.
  • Organize all company meetings, liaising with external suppliers as necessary.
  • Provide cover for the reception area as needed, embodying our one team culture.
  • Assist with ad-hoc executive tasks or projects, such as event planning, based on business and departmental priorities.

Due to the nature of the role, a full-time on-site presence is required.

Qualifications

Which skills should you bring to the pitch:

  • Experience. 2+ years of experience in a similar role. 
  • Language skills.   English is the official language in our office, therefore fluency in English language skills is essential. However, as the #1 sports betting provider in Germany, German language skills are always nice to have. 
  • Technical Skills. Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint and Planner).
  • Education. A-level or higher level of education would be required for this role. 
  • Stakeholder Management. You are an excellent communicator, who is comfortable with being challenged. 
  • Self-driven. You are an eager and motivated professional who can identify potential needs and gaps combined with being an advocate for collaboration to get better results while also managing tight deadlines. 
  • One Team. You have an energetic, positive, and motivating personality and works well independently and also within a team.
