The role holder is responsible for developing and implementing innovative, successful, and scalable SEA campaigns to improve our Marketing reachability and impact. You will manage all our Acquisition SEA strategies while closely collaborating with external partners and the internal SEO team, define best practices, optimize performance, develop test and scale activities while periodically reporting on test results and overall channel performances.

Your playing field 

• You will be creating, optimising and controlling the SEA campaigns with a strong focus on Google AdWords. 
• Analysis and interpretation of the campaign-relevant metrics will help you to make crucial recommendations on next steps and improvements. 
• Growing customer volumes, whilst increasing SEA efficiencies, is one of your key goals. 
• Be an advocate for a continuous optimisation culture. Be the conversion expert to successfully support our digital marketing campaigns. 

Which skills should you bring to the pitch

• SEA experience. You have 3+ years of working experience in a similar technology role, preferably in the online or gaming industry. Additionally, you have strong knowledge of media buying strategies and pricing, Adservers, SSP, DSP, DMS, CDP and Adform, Adjust & Firebase and AB/MVT testing. 
• Detail-oriented. You work very accurately. Nothing leaves your desk without your thorough review.   
• Ownership & accountability. You take responsibility and hold yourself and others accountable to meet targets and commitments. 
• Language skills.  As the #1 sportsbetting provider in Germany, German language skills are essential for this role. As our team consists of more than 30 different nationalities working together to achieve the Tipico mission, fluent English language skills are equally important. 
• Self-driven & self-motivated. You strive in a fast-paced environment. You are passionate in what you do, therefore you don’t shy away from challenges, but they excite you to excel even more. 
• Collaboration. You will work cross-functionally with external partners and internal teams, to align on synergic Marketing strategies. 
• Customer centric mindset. You will build and optimize SEA campaigns with cultural and country-specific characteristics, being a sports enthusiast helps you to understand our customer’s interest even better.
