Your Department - Operations

Operations work with almost every other team within Zastrpay, ensuring seamless and efficient processes to deliver a great customer experience and making sure any issues are resolved promptly. Working in Operations will allow you to expand your knowledge and get exposure to a range of different topics and gives you the chance to contribute to building the foundations of our payment solutions.

We are currently looking for someone to join us on our mission and help us scale up. Will you be our next Customer Support Agent (m/f/x)?

Job Description

Some of the things you will be doing:

  • Resolve general customer queries via email and any other additional channel as may be required. 
  • Deliver customer service through effectively managing inbound contacts via different channels.
  • Review and process customer complaints and handle issues within the expected timelines.
  • Escalate complaints and issues as and when required.
  • Deal with the handling of Zastrpay's telephone line for cashiers.
  • Support with procedural and process documentation for the team as may be required.
  • Support with ad-hoc tasks and collaboration with other departments within Zastrpay. 

This role is on a shift basis (5 days a week, 40 hours per week). Shifts can range from Monday to Sunday 8am-8pm. This can be changed depending on the business needs. 


You will be a great fit if:

  • You have a higher secondary education or upper level of education or 1 year experience in a similar role. 
  • English and German language skills - both written and verbal is essential for this role. 
  • You are customer oriented and have a solution-oriented work approach.
  • You’ve been described as analytical and detail-oriented. 

Extra points if you have any of the following:

  • You have previous experience working within Operations, Customer Support or KYC departments within the Payments or Banking industry.
