Job Description

Your playing field:

  • contribute to building an environment where continuous improvement is in focus and where everyone's common goal is to deliver outstanding software reliably and predictably
  • help the teams to overcome obstacles, moderate conflicts, accompany changes and improve collaboration
  • help the teams to identify impediments and enable them to find solutions for their impediments
  • challenge the teams for continuous improvement and help them implement Retrospective improvements
  • facilitate learning by improving transparency and radiating information
  • support and educate the Product Manager, especially on refining and maintaining the Product Backlog
  • collaborate closely with the Management team to improve the value-delivering capability of our product development organisation
  • Build a trusting and safe environment where problems can be raised without fear of blame, retribution, or being judged, with an emphasis on healing and problem-solving


Who we’re looking for:

  • You have an agile mindset and love to work with people
  • You have a passion for learning rather than a hunger for approval
  • You act as a mediator who is solution-oriented and self-motivated


Which skills should you bring to the pitch:

  • 2 years of professional experience working as a Scrum Master ideally for a Software Development Team
  • Bachelor/Master’s Degree in Computer Science or another related fields
  • Certified Scrum Master training and a good know-how in conflict management
  • Fluency in English language, German is considered a plus
