Your pitch:

The Team Lead Digital Operations and Analytics leads a multi-functional team who are responsible for maximising the return on investment across all paid digital channels using relevant advertising technologies. This role will bring together Tipico’s first party data usage in acquisition and will look to gain additional additional insights through acquisition marketing tools.

Your daily playground:

  • Lead and develop a multi-functional team which includes Ad-Tech, DMP Analysis, Media Operations and Campaign management
  • Maintain a view of business performance across digital channels and optimise across these channels to maximise ROI
  • Drive the development and data accuracy of our ad tools
  •  Lead and develop the vision around digital performance marketing
  • Research new ideas, trends and innovation in order to gain competitive advantage
  • Be an internal subject matter expert across all digital media channels with an emphasis on how to deliver performance results

 

Qualifications

Which skills should you bring to the pitch:

  • Extensive experience in using performance marketing channels and toolsets across programmatic, paid social and paid search (digital retail is a benefit)
  • Solid experience of using DMP data and implementing comprehensive ad serving solutions
  • Experience of using reporting tools
  • Working with data/analytic departments and media partners to ensure seamless targeting implementation
  • Experience of working in an online, gaming or fast-moving industry
  • Experience in developing, managing and inspiring colleagues and teams
  • Advanced analytical expertise with the ability to utilise qualitative and quantative data to develop actionable strategic and channel recommendations and insights
  • Excellent Stakeholder Management skills including the ability to negotiate effectively
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Fluent in English, oral and written – essential
  • Fluent in German, oral and written - desirable
