CRM Manager - German Speaking

Tipico is the #1 sports betting company in Germany, both online and through our retail network.
The Online Marketing department acquires, retains, reactivates, cross-sells and up-sells customers for our digital distribution channels, in all markets where Tipico actively operates.
As a CRM Manager you will be responsible for Tipico’s growth in German and Austrian markets with the focus on conversion, retention and reactivation of existing customers. You will also design and implement churn prevention programs, work closely with internal and external stakeholders to further increase Sportsbook profitability, engage and monetise players.
What you will do
- Build campaigns & user journeys using Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Exact Target) / Emarsys
- Promotion planning and execution including pre- and post-analysis
- Creating new automations and newsletter templates (including editing of images & content)
- Alignment with internal analysts to generate insights using market and customer data
The ideal candidate would be willing to work 5 out of 7 days during the week (if needed) including weekends.
What you offer

- Good analytical and Project Management skills
- Good html and Excel knowledge are an advantage
- Advantage: Experience with CRM tool Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Exact Target) and/or Emarsys
- Previous experience in this or a similar role will be considered an asset
