Contexte de la mission

We?re looking for a Product Designer who will work on websites templates, owning the design quality from concept to implementation. You?ll design scalable, user-centered web experiences, deeply understand CMS constraints and capabilities, and play a key role in the creation, evolution, and adoption of our Design System.

Working hand in hand with the “Experience Design lead” (e.g. lead Designer) in order to be sure that design strategy and decision meets business and build willingness.

This role is somehow at the intersection of UX, UI — perfect for someone who enjoys designing robust foundations as much as polished interfaces.

 

Objectifs et livrables

Website Design

- Design end-to-end user experiences for websites only (no mobile apps)
- Translate business and user needs into clear UX flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity UI
- Ensure accessibility, usability, and performance best practices are applied consistently
- Collaborate closely with developers and CMS team to ensure smooth implementation

CMS-Driven Design

- Design experiences that fully leverage CMS features and constraints
- Create flexible page structures and components that scale with content
- Work closely with content and technical teams to ensure designs are CMS-friendly
- Anticipate real-world content scenarios and edge cases

Design System Conception & Implementation

- Contribute to the conception, structuring, and evolution of the Design System and knowing how Tokens (colors, fonts, variables) works
- Design reusable components, patterns, and guidelines for web usage
- Ensure consistent usage of the Design System across all websites
- Partner with developers to align design components with front-end implementation
- Document components, rules, and best practices clearly

Qualifications

- Required qualifications (must-have) Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.
- 3-5 years experience in web content management.
- Proficiency with a CMS platforms (e.g., Adobe Experience Manager, WordPress, etc).
- Strong understanding of SEO, UX, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Figma (specially, the variables, tokens, layout systems and templates assets managementand conception)
- English (most discussions with stakeholders and all discussions with the technical teamare in English)

Prefered qualifications (nice-to-have)

- Experience in a global or matrixed organization.
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS basics.
- Multilingual capabilities are a plus.
- Knowing Magnolia CMS Solution is a plus.
