Job Description

Tile Town is looking for a Customer Service Consultant to join our team. This is a hands-on role that combines helping customers on the showroom floor with shipping, receiving, and inventory support. If you enjoy working with people but also like staying active and organized behind the scenes, this could be a great fit.

This role is a mix of customer service and operational support.

Customer Service

  • Greet and assist customers in the showroom

  • Help customers find products that fit their project needs

  • Answer product questions and guide customers through options

  • Support the sales team in creating a positive customer experience

Shipping & Receiving

  • Receive incoming shipments and check orders for accuracy

  • Prepare customer orders for pickup or delivery

  • Assist with loading tile and materials for customers and contractors

  • Maintain organized warehouse and showroom inventory

Purchasing & Inventory

  • Assist with purchase orders and product receiving

  • Ensure products are entered and tracked correctly

  • Work with the team to keep stock levels accurate

Qualifications

 What We're Looking For

  • friendly and outgoing personality

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Comfortable working with customers in a retail environment

  • Able to lift 50+ lbs regularly

  • Comfortable working both on the floor and in the warehouse

  • Reliable and team-oriented

  • Experience in retail, customer service, warehouse, or building materials is an asset but not required

  •   Monday - Friday – 8:00 am to 5:30 pm 
  •    Saturday – 10:00 am – 5:00 pm
