Job Description

You will be working in a non commission sales showroom where you will help people choose the best tile for their space. You will work as part of a highly successful team, but you will also need the initiative to work autonomously to meet our customer’s needs. 

  • Ensures customer is satisfied and has a positive experience.
  • Advise and assist customers on product and design selection.
  • Provides information about Tile Town products.
  • Address customer complaints and provide solutions.
  • Continually reviews showroom to ensure professional and clean presentation of Tile Town products.

Qualifications

The successful applicant will have the following attributes:

  • Outgoing
  • Self Starter
  • Exceptional customer service
  • Good eye for colour and design
  • Genuinely enjoys helping customers
  • Enjoys working in a team enviroment
  • Previous retail experience (desirable, but not essential)

Additional Information

Compensation for this position will range depending upon skills, abilities and relevant knowledge or experience. 

In addition, the following perks will apply:

  Store operating hours 

  • Monday - Friday – 8:00 am to 5:30 pm
  • Saturday – 10:00 am – 5:00 pm
