Creating English copy and providing contextual translations into Bahasa Indonesia for tiket.com’s website and extranet

Maintaining the quality of both English and Bahasa Indonesia versions of tiket.com, including website checks and maintaining language and style guides

Freelance management, including full-cycle freelancer recruitment, quality check and consistent support 

Creating English and Bahasa Indonesia copy as well as presentation format for marketing materials, including sales deck, project proposal, product pitching, release notes and product information for stakeholders

Actively involved in content team projects, including but not limited to location services, property descriptions, newsletter, wiki page and content database optimisation

University degree or equivalent in a relevant field

Native level Bahasa Indonesia speaker and writer, with excellent English skill

Experience in translating and/or writing localised website copy for the Indonesia market

Experience in writing sales and marketing copy

Strong computer skills and desktop research, including familiarity with Google Suite and Microsoft Office

Strong business acumen and project management skills

Collaborative, supportive and positive attitude

Strong sense of initiative in team and independent work

Experience within e-commerce and/or hotel/travel industry
