When joining Tieto Tech Consulting as a Business Analyst you will be supporting banking transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have experience in financial services and a strong ability to translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements. Familiarity with SWIFT messaging formats and payment systems is considered a valuable asset.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather and document business requirements for banking products and services.
  • Facilitate workshops and stakeholder interviews to define business needs.
  • Analyze current processes and propose improvements aligned with regulatory and operational goals.
  • Collaborate with development, QA, and product teams to ensure solution alignment.
  • Support UAT planning and execution.
  • Maintain traceability of requirements and decisions throughout the project lifecycle.
     

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in business analysis within banking or financial services.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, and BPMN modeling.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, IT, or related field.
     

Nice to Have:

  • Familiarity with SWIFT MT/MX formats, ISO 20022, SEPA, and payment systems.
  • Experience with Payments Hub, Clearing & Settlement systems.
  • Knowledge of PSD2 and other banking regulations.
  • Agile/Scrum experience.
  • Certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, or SAFe.

Locations: Warsaw, Łódź, Tricity (2/3 days per week from the office)
