Position Name: Golang Lead with Telecom domain

Location: Bangalore

About the Roles

We are looking for talented software engineers and architects to join our team working on cutting-edge 5G RAN performance and monitoring solutions. You will be working in an agile team, involved in developing high-performance backend services and intuitive frontend dashboards to monitor, analyze, and optimize RAN performance.

Responsibilities:

Lead development of scalable backend services in Golang.

Architect and optimize React-based dashboards.

Mentor junior developers and contribute to system design.

Drive performance, scalability, and security improvements.

Collaborate closely with RAN engineers and cross-functional teams.

Act as Scrum Master in a cross-functional team.

Requirements:

5-9 years of experience in software development.

Advanced expertise in Golang and React.js.

Experience with microservices, containerization, and CI/CD.

Strong understanding of telecom systems or RAN KPIs preferred.

Leadership in code quality, architecture, and team collaboration.
