About the role 

We are looking to hire a Senior Full Stack Web Developer with strong experience in Angular, Java with Spring Boot, and PostgreSQL to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of state management using NgRx, modern ES6+ JavaScript, and data structures, and will be comfortable working across the stack to build scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications. 

You’ll be contributing to projects in the healthcare and life sciences domain, where precision, compliance, and reliability are essential.

Responsibilities 

• Design, develop, and maintain fullstack web applications using Angular and Java (Spring Boot) 

• Implement robust state management using NgRx 

• Build and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services 

• Work with PostgreSQL for data modeling, querying, and performance optimization 

• Apply strong understanding of data structures and algorithms to solve complex problems 

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, design, and QA 

• Ensure code quality through testing, code reviews, and adherence to best practices 

• Participate in architectural decisions and contribute to technical strategy 

• Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of continuous improvement 

Requirements 

• 5+ years of professional experience in fullstack web development 

• Strong experience with Angular (latest versions), TypeScript, and NgRx 

• Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and building scalable backend systems 

• Solid understanding of modern ES6+ JavaScript 

• Experience with PostgreSQL and relational database design 

• Strong grasp of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles 

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and cloud-based deployment 

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills 

 
A significant advantage would be 

• Experience in healthcare-related projects, especially involving compliance (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR) 

• Familiarity with microservices architecture and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) 

• Experience with WebSockets, or real-time data streaming 

• Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices
