About the role

At Tieto Caretech’s Data Driven Care unit we are reshaping healthcare and social care services by providing our customers with data-driven solutions. Our team consists of high-end professionals working in platform development, data science, data engineering, data modelling, cloud solutions, security and software development.

As a Service Delivery Manager in our team, we expect you to have a strong will to lead data-driven service deliveries in complex technology environment and bring new value to our customers through pioneering solutions. To succeed in this position, you need to have previous experience in service deliveries in area of data-driven solutions.

In this role you will be responsible for:

• Leading service deliveries and act as a key contact person towards customers
• Your focus will be in service deliveries in Swedish- and German-speaking European markets
• Ensuring the success of our customers in their operations with our deliveries
• Continuous development of our operations together with colleagues in delivery management, product management and development teams
• Building relationships inside the organization to promote active collaboration

To succeed in this role, you should have:

• Service delivery management experience of data centric solutions.
• Fluent ITIL knowledge.
• Fluency in Swedish and/or German, as well as English, is required for this role.
• Experience of data platforms and cloud environments
• Experience of healthcare industry

• Have a capability to lead technically complex service deliveries with multiple teams and stakeholders

AI knowledge requirement

AI literacy is expected for this role. You will be comfortable using approved AI tools to improve quality and productivity in everyday work (e.g., drafting, summarising, analysing, and automating routine tasks). You can write clear prompts/instructions, critically evaluate and validate AI outputs, and apply sound judgement when results are incomplete, biased, or incorrect. You understand and follow company policies and applicable legal/regulatory requirements for confidentiality, privacy, security, and responsible AI use (including not sharing sensitive data in unapproved tools).
