Prepare clear analysis artifacts, user stories, and supporting documentation while collaborating closely with the Product Owner
Ask structured and precise questions to understand existing integrations, system behavior, and data flows

Contribute to effective communication with stakeholders, external vendors, and distributed teams across several European countries
Required experience & qualifications
Previous experience as a Technical Business Analyst, System Analyst, Integration Analyst, or similar role
Strong analytical thinking and ability to understand complex system interactions, data dependencies, and integration flows
Experience with data mapping, data transformation, APIs, integrations, or system-to-system communication
Practical understanding of JSON, XML, XSD, schemas, and structured data exchange
Ability to read and interpret technical documentation, data contracts, interface specifications, and integration requirements
Experience working with Product Owners, technical teams, external vendors, and business stakeholders
Comfortable working in a large enterprise environment with multiple approval levels and cross-team dependencies
Ability to work proactively with ambiguity, incomplete information, and changing priorities
A significant advantage would be
Experience with Azure-based environments and microservices architecture
Familiarity with Oracle APEX or enterprise platforms based on standardized vendor products
Experience in transportation, railway, logistics, supply chain, or other data-heavy integration domains
Knowledge of EDIGES, CargoWise, or similar industry communication standards
