Job Description

Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Commitment to integrity, responsibility, generosity and accountability
  • Develop and accomplish a lead generation plan that meets or exceeds quota targets. 
  • Cultivate the pipeline by acting on field marketing leads and conducting outbound calls. 
  • Research and prospect to make outbound cold calls. 
    “Focus on customer” by understanding their challenges and obstacles. 
  • Understand and articulate the breadth of Tier One Acquisitions' product portfolio. 
  • Appropriately qualify all leads and establish an action plan. 
  • Participate in entry level marketing and sales program training sessions, meetings, skill building and professional development opportunities. 
  • Capture accurate and complete information in Customer Relationship Management system (CRM). 
  • Cooperate with management to determine strategic approaches for marketing and sales. 
  • Maintain and expand the database of prospects for the organization.

Basic Qualifications

  • Familiarity and skill with sales and marketing tools of the trade including implementing social media and public relations campaigns, visual and written communications, website development, product and market research, software product implementation, and other forms of creative outreach and promotional services 
  • Ability to think creatively "outside of the box"
  • Strong willingness to be coached and mentored by organizational leaders

Preferred Qualifications

  • Two plus years experience in managing customer service relationships
  • Degree or certificate in Sales, Marketing, Business or Entrepreneurship a plus

Additional Information

Income earning potential: $116,000+ annually
