Company Description
Three Points Cancer Coach supports psychological wellbeing and helps facilitate informed decision making for cancer patients and caregivers. We are currently offering coaching sessions, aided clinic visits, and information gathering & question writing services to Singapore-based colorectal, female breast, and lung cancer patients and caregivers.

Job Description
- Seeking initial information on clients’ backgrounds, situations, and goals via introductory meetings.
- Proposing and finalising scopes of services for clients.
- Holding ad-hoc and / or regularly scheduled coaching sessions with clients to address their questions, help them reach their goals, and be a compassionate and non-judgmental listener.
- Accompanying clients on clinic / hospital visits and relevant calls with doctors and other healthcare professionals, recording and summarising meetings if required.
- Gathering data on clients’ diagnoses, prognoses, and treatment options (including non-standard treatments) from doctors and other healthcare professionals as well as from online research, challenging doctors and healthcare professionals in a respectful manner if necessary.
- Summarising and presenting information to clients, including comparison of multiple opinions / conclusions from different sources, graphic layout of treatment paths, etc.
- Contacting care providers for information on treatment offering and price, and negotiating and arranging treatment on behalf of clients.
- Providing advice and input on our service, including preparing and editing frameworks, processes, and templates.
- Participating in marketing initiatives.
- Attending various training and / or certification courses according to business needs.
- Other tasks as required.

- Experience working as a personal / professional coach or in a patient and doctor facing role in the healthcare industry.
- Experience working with cancer patients and / or personal experience with cancer.
- Demonstrated career progression, including promotions.
- Relevant educational and vocational qualifications.
Additional Information
- Candidate must be a Singapore citizen or permanent resident and available to work physically in Singapore.
- The engagement will be on a freelance (non-employee) basis.
- Compensation is S$ 50 per hour with a guaranteed minimum of 30 hours per month (adjusted pro-rata for time periods of less than 1 month). Time commitment in a given day / week will vary depending on business needs.
