Job Description

The Product Transformation Specialist plays a key role within the Three Mobile Transformation team, supporting the delivery and migration of mobile propositions, tariffs, and product portfolios through large-scale transformation initiatives.

Reporting to the Senior Manager for Transformation, this role is focused on the execution, optimisation, and delivery of commercially viable mobile products and propositions aligned to future platform capabilities and customer outcomes.

The successful candidate will bring experience across product portfolios, tariff and proposition delivery, migration activity, and cross-functional transformation programmes within telecoms, mobile, or digital product environments.

 

What you’ll do

Product & Proposition Delivery

  • Support the delivery, migration, and optimisation of mobile tariffs, propositions, and product portfolios during transformation initiatives.
  • Contribute to tariff simplification and portfolio rationalisation activities aligned to strategic and platform objectives.
  • Assist in shaping and implementing new or enhanced propositions, add-ons, and Value-Added Services.
  • Ensure propositions are operationally viable, commercially aligned, and support customer migration requirements.
  • Work closely with Product, Commercial, GTM, Operations, and Technology teams to support successful proposition delivery.

 

Portfolio Migration & Transformation

  • Support migration planning and execution across product and customer portfolios.
  • Identify product, proposition, or platform gaps and work collaboratively to drive resolution and mitigation.
  • Track dependencies, delivery risks, and impacts across transformation workstreams.
  • Support readiness activities across customer, operational, and commercial teams.

 

Programme Delivery & Stakeholder Management

  • Represent Product and Proposition workstreams within wider transformation and programme forums.
  • Maintain clear visibility of key decisions, risks, dependencies, and delivery milestones.
  • Prepare updates and reporting for governance forums, programme boards, and stakeholder groups.
  • Support alignment across Product, Proposition, Technology, Commercial, and Operational stakeholders.

 

Customer & Commercial Focus

  • Support transformation initiatives that improve customer experience and minimise migration disruption.
  • Ensure proposition and portfolio changes support commercial objectives and operational readiness.
  • Contribute to monitoring customer and operational impacts throughout delivery and migration phases.

 

Delivery Support

  • Work within agile and programme delivery frameworks to support planning, prioritisation, and release activity.
  • Support validation and business readiness activities relating to new propositions and product changes.
  • Assist with issue resolution and escalation management where required.

 

 

 

 

Qualifications

Who you are 

  • Experience in product, proposition, portfolio, or transformation delivery roles within telecoms, mobile, or digital services.
  • Strong understanding of mobile tariffs, propositions, customer migrations, and product lifecycle delivery.
  • Experience supporting product portfolio transformation or migration programmes.
  • Able to work cross-functionally across Product, Commercial, Technology, Operations, and Delivery teams.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and reporting skills.
  • Comfortable operating in fast-paced transformation environments with multiple dependencies and priorities.
  • Experience supporting governance, delivery tracking, and programme coordination activities.
  • Understanding of agile delivery and transformation methodologies.
