We are seeking a super talented Senior Integrated Designer to join our team.


As part of our in-house creative team at Three, you'll be contributing to category-leading work across multiple mediums and platforms. We are looking for a candidate with extensive experience in retail and environment design, a strong ability to bring brand experiences to life in physical spaces and a solid understanding of branding principles that underpins everything they do.

Job Description

  • Develop and execute creative design projects from brief to execution. Delivering engaging and effective solutions across various mediums for the brand, including retail, performance, social and brand channels. 
  • Help refine and define the visual design language and branding for the Three brand across digital and physical mediums and channels.
  • Lead the visual concept development phase for projects, we love design work driven by a solid idea. 
  • This is a leadership design role, you will help define design output for efficiency and continuity in large-scale delivery.
  • Collaborate with account, creative, and wider design teams to ensure timely and high-quality completion of design projects from brief to delivery.
  • Line management of junior design team members, helping them develop and blossom.
  • Stay updated on design trends and techniques, integrating them into the team's workflow.
  • Understand and tackle complex visual briefs, considering brand context and guidelines.
  • Act as a reference point for design projects, maintaining constructive communication with stakeholders.
  • Challenge conventional thinking to deliver innovative and effective solutions for the brand.
  • Cultivate a positive, collaborative, and high-performance team culture with open communication, transparency, and accountability.
  • Assist in the hiring process of new designers, evaluating resumes and portfolios, conducting interviews, and providing input on selection.

Qualifications

Must Have’s:

  • Senior-level applicant with extensive experience in integrated design, with a focus on retail / environment design & branding. 
  • Proven track record of creating visually stunning and effective design solutions across multiple touchpoints and mediums. 
  • Excellent branding core skillset with the ability to develop and maintain a cohesive brand identity across all design projects.
  • Strong proficiency in design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and relevant 3D visualization tools.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Desirables: 

  • Experience in a telecommunications or technology brand is a plus.
  • Being personable and positive is important to us; we are looking for a radiator not a drain.

  • We offer a competitive annual salary. Please note that the exact salary will vary depending on the specific job role and your experience.

  • We support hybrid working. You can work from your home for 2-3 days a week and spend the remaining 2-3 days at our brand new office in Reading’s Green Park.

At Three we have a hybrid working arrangement in place as standard for office based employees, where employees work from a mix of office based location and working from their home in the UK to carry on their role.

Excluding retail, our core hours at Three are between 10:00 and 16:00, with operating hours between 08:00 & 18:30. This allows employees to have a start time between 08:00 and 10:00 and finish time between 16:00 and 18:30.
