Company Description
The Wholesale Billing Analyst plays a key role in the wholesale finance team, reporting to the Senior Finance Manager. You will be responsible for the verifying and raising our interconnect invoices to 3rd parties and in turn verifying and approving invoices from our 3rd Parties and then to propose and agree nettings
The successful candidate will be responsible for tracking and communicating disputes and AIT. This role will be responsible for the BT Bill from receipt to approval of the bill and will provide support to the Fraud function of the business.
Job Description
- Raising interconnect AR invoices on day 1 every month
- Responsible for the Nettings with the operators and agree these monthly
- To be responsible for the BT Fraud task
- Ad-hoc reporting
- Supporting Fraud with R9 ticket resolution and close down
- Owning and managing the disputes tracker
Qualifications
- Uses knowledge and skills to act independently on verifying data and invoicing supporting business decisions with professional interpretations of financial information
- Uses knowledge and skills to work independently on fraud tickets
- Part-qualified Accountant - Professional Qualification – ACA, ACCA & CIMA
