We are looking to recruit for a Talent Acquisition Specialist, whose focus would be to support on recruitment for our retail stores. This would be a perfect opportunity for someone who has experience of working in a high volume retail Talent Acquisition space.
As a TAS, the main aspect of the role will be delivering end to end recruitment for your given business area, delivering high quality candidates from diverse backgrounds which share our values
- Understand the market, maintaining and growing external networks
- Work closely with key stakeholders to ensure resourcing policies and procedures are being adhered to and attraction tool kit capitalised
- Act as a positive ambassador of the Three brand with the ability to articulate the business purpose, vision and values
- Continually looking for ways to improve our ways of working and processes
- SME responsible for utilising the market to attract, engage and assess a diverse pipeline
- Utilise data and insights to provide Stakeholder updates
- Focused on key initiatives such as EVP, diversity, and candidate experience
- Act as Resourcing SME for ad hoc projects.

Qualifications
- Managing end to end recruitment cycle activity/delivery
- Proactively headhunting passive candidates from different talent pools i.e LinkedIn, Job boards, social media etc
- Developing strong stakeholder relationships through a consultative and inclusive approach
- Success in using direct recruitment methods.
- Comfortable working within a fast-paced business, with the ability to manage high volumes of vacancies within tight time frames
- Ability to execute recruiting strategy, including employer promotion in the marketplace, candidate management, diversity sourcing, and interview process management

Provide a best-in-class candidate & stakeholder experience throughout the entire lifecycle of the recruitment process
- Proven success in using direct sourcing methods to engage the best talent
- Pre-qualifying and screening candidates against specific criteria for suitability (including direct applications, as well as sourced and head hunted passive candidates)
- Use market insights to help inform hiring managers of market conditions
- Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to juggle multiple demands and build strong relationships across the business
- Working closely with the wider HR team and managers to partner and achieve the best outcomes for the business
- Proactively stay up to date with business initiatives in order to understand the business and companywide dependencies
- Attendance at team meetings/local area meetings to connect with stakeholders and provide regular resourcing updates and market insights

At Three we have a hybrid working arrangement in place as standard for office based employees, where employees work from a mix of office based location and working from their home in the UK to carry on their role.
Excluding retail, core hours at Three are between 10:00 and 16:00, with operating hours between 08:00 & 18:30. This allows employees to have a start time between 08:00 and 10:00 and finish time between 16:00 and 18:30.
