The Account Representative provides the company and its clients with the necessary tools to help promote advertising that improves our brand and that of our clients.

Responsibilities

• Review the advertising plans according to an established set of brand guidelines and standards
• Monitor results and enter KPIs into the database and communicate the results of the review to management
• Conduct a primary analysis of post-campaign activities to determine if the initiative execution matched the specification in the program guidelines
• Perform quality controls at the level of prior approval to ensure accuracy and compliance with program guidelines
• Complete general administrative tasks such as filing

• High School Diploma / GED
• Some experience in marketing or advertising industry preferred
• Proven technical competence, which includes experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Great attention to detail
• Excellent time management
• Ability to organize work, multitask, and meet deadlines
• Exceptional ability to work in a team environment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
