Job Description

The Brand Strategist must be seen as a thought leader and have the ability to create great profits for our clients. You must have the ability to think of an overview when building road maps to run in an accelerated environment. Our ideal candidate is a clear and enterprising communicator who has a leadership mentality. You must be safe, responsible, detail-oriented and strategic. As a representative of our company to customers, you must be friendly, solution-oriented, polished and results-oriented.

Responsibilities 

  • Conduct brainstorming sessions with internal teams, maintaining strategic and creative thinking to develop innovative and actionable initiatives in a fiscally responsible manner
  • Interact, discover, and present to customers
  • Present or supervise the presentation of final strategic concepts and obtain approvals for deliverables
  • Help with the sales process, scope of work, and proposals
  • Develop a brand strategy and brand market positioning
  • Collaborate with the creative director, the marketing strategist and other key team members in the development of the brand strategy and the visual identity of the brand for customers; review the research, analyze the results, and identify creative opportunities
  • Utilize the client's marketing initiatives to determine a brand strategy, as well as identify and execute research to develop clear consumer characters
  • Demonstrate your experience to clarify the client's brand and apply it to your marketing efforts to generate awareness, feeling, and commitment
  • Develop strong strategies through a disciplined brand planning process that guides the rest of your team to generate ideas and execute them
  • Create and defend compelling stories based on facts

Qualifications

  • More than 4 years of experience in strategy within an agency
  • Solid training in data-based strategy
  • A proven track record in the development of strategic plans that benefit the customer
  • The ability to work on several projects and balance their workload
  • Highly collaborative team player who is flexible and fast on their feet
  • You should be able to use the data to support the strategy
  • Excellent skills in written and verbal communication; ability to interact with executives and founders
  • History of building strong brands
  • Ability to develop, communicate, and execute a general strategic vision for customers
  • Strong project management skills: ability to ensure that internal and external teams meet deadlines and milestones
