Software Engineer in Test - Python

Thompson Alexander are looking for a Software Engineer in Test to join technology driven client based in London, offering huge scope for both technical and career progression. 

My client are looking for a Software Engineer in Test to join our engineering team. Working alongside Senior Engineers, and in close collaboration with other disciplines like Infrastructure, Product and Design, you will take responsibility for designing automated tests and improving continuous integration build pipeline.

Responsibilities In The Role

·Write and maintain an automated selenium driven web suite.

·Create test static plans.

·Oversee deployments and releases of product features.

·Leading and mentoring junior SDET

Requirements

·Strong professional experience in automation testing and continuous integration.

·Experience programming in Python.

·Experience working in an agile, dev-ops environment and working through infrastructure setup issues.

·Experience with tools like git, Github, Python, Jenkins, Cucumber, Selenium, Webdriver and JIRA.

·Detail oriented and an aptitude for gleefully breaking other people's code in as many ways as possible.
