Applications may be picked up in the Treasurer's Office located at the Historical Thomas County Courthouse 300 N Court Ave. Colby, KS 67701

Application deadline is August 20, 2022 by 4:00pm. 

Duties include typing, use of calculator, processing of Motor Vehicle applications and Tax collection for the Public. The job requires a considerable amount of computer knowledge and experience. 

Training is required by State of Kansas either online or possibly in person, which would be travel to Topeka or Wichita. Testing and classes must have a passing grade to receive log on credentials to retain employment. Don't let that scare you! You will be allowed multiple tries, if needed within your 6 month probation period. Also have to keep up with forever changing rules and regulations. Thomas County is an equal opportunity employer.
