Building Maintenance and Custodian Supervisor

Thomas County is seeking to hire a Building Maintenance and Custodial Director with an effective start date January 2021.  The Director will work under the direction of the County Commissioners, supervision of custodians, coordinate the installation, maintenance and repair work in ALL county buildings.  He / she will regularly inspect work sites, execute work as necessary, maintain inventory and arrange for contractors to perform non-routine repairs.  Benefits include:  health, dental, cancer, life and retirement benefits.  Salary is negotiable.  Thomas County is an Equal Opportunity Employer.  To pick up a job application and description of duties contact the County Clerk at 785-460-4500, 300 N Court Ave., Colby KS  67701.
