Job Description

As the Learning and Development Partner, you will be at the intersection of business strategy and people development. You will be leading Third Bridge Mumbai’s onboarding program; working closely with senior leaders across departments to find tailored solutions that enhance learning and set up experienced and early careers new hires for success in their careers at Third Bridge. 

We’re looking for a talented and ambitious L&D Partner to join our global Learning and Development team to lead learning for one of our key strategic locations; Mumbai. The L&D team is an integral part of fostering a culture of learning and developing training that directly impacts the employee experience and success of our team members.

This role will report to the Head of L&D based in London and you will have autonomy and responsibility to develop impactful learning experiences for team members across all departments; client facing and operational.

You will be responsible for

Operational Excellence and Project Management

You will define and maintain all regional L&D projects; setting project milestones and tracking ROI/ impact metrics. Your ability to prioritise and ensure every project aligns with wider business objectives will be key.

Instructional Design and Experiential Learning Creation

You will use a variety of mediums to design compelling learning experiences. You will develop thought provoking content that challenges learners while maintaining psychological safety in the training environment. For a growing site, you will find scalable solutions using digital learning tools and prioritise relevancy and efficacy. 

Facilitation and Coaching

You will deliver core training programs face to face and virtually, primarily for new hires but across the spectrum of roles and seniority at Third Bridge. You will shape the learning culture by developing train-the-trainer programs to scale coaching capabilities of all employees.

Learning Strategy and Consultation

You will conduct performance gap analyses to identify training and coaching opportunities. You will provide strategic recommendations, evidenced by data, to Senior Leaders to enhance learning. Your ability to build relationships through credibility will be critical to your success.

Qualifications

A successful candidate will have

  • Bachelor’s degree (related to instructional design is a plus, but not required.)

  • 5+ years of experience designing impactful learning solutions, including onboarding programs across various levels.

  • Proven experience of designing and facilitating learning; from short courses to multi-week classroom programs.

  • Highly preferred: experience creating eLearnings, working with an LMS, and leveraging Ai to enhance creation.

  • An experienced and inspiring facilitator.

  • Proven experience of project management, including: navigating ambiguity, complexity and overseeing the entire project lifecycle to completion.

  • Thrives collaborating with a global team with cross functionally; creates clarity for stakeholders with exceptional communication skills.

  • Experience working in a results-oriented, and data-driven environment, with an agile working style.

  • A high level of independence and self-discipline, with a strong ability to manage your own time effectively and prioritize for business impact.

  • Experience working in a multi-national team.

  • Proficiency in English.
