Job Description

Position Overview

As part of the global Talent Acquisition team, the Talent Sourcer will support our global growth ambitions by sourcing and shortlisting candidates for a variety of business areas and functional specialisms in order to attract top talent to Third Bridge.

You’ll build key relationships with candidates, teammates and cross-functional stakeholders, promoting our employer brand and acting as an ambassador for Third Bridge in the marketplace. 

The core responsibilities of this role include:

  • Actively sourcing candidates for a variety of business areas and functional specialisms

  • Activating sourcing strategies to identify active and passive candidates
  • Acting as an ambassador for Third Bridge, building relationships with candidates and delivering exceptional candidate experiences
  • Maintaining a thorough understanding of Third Bridge and our business model to enable you to identify, attract, assess and retain talent

  • Conducting phone and face to face interviews

  • Creating and maintaining candidate pools for various products and functions

  • Sustaining data integrity and accuracy within the Applicant Tracking System

  • Supporting global talent acquisition projects and employer brand activities

Qualifications

What you’ll need:

You will have previous experience within a sourcing role where you’ve successfully sourced both active and passive candidates across multiple functional specialisms. We’re looking for someone who is proactive, and self-managing who understands the importance of delivering exceptional candidate experiences. You’ll be able to find great people, as well as understand stakeholder briefs so that you can build longlists and shortlists, as well as proactively manage talent pipeline activities.  

You’ll be the first person that candidates meet in our process, so you’ll need to take pride in everything that you do, sourcing, selecting and assessing top talent for our business. 

Of course, you’ll also need excellent communication and presentation skills, while also being open to receiving feedback which will help us to continue to improve and evolve as a talent acquisition team.
