As part of the Talent Acquisition team the Tech Recruiter will be responsible for assisting the continued exceptional growth of our company by identifying talent and guiding them through the recruitment process. This role is responsible for the full recruitment life cycle for our Tech and Innovation business units. Technology is at the core of all our products and services and have invested heavily in infrastructure and technology capability, enabling us to deliver innovative solutions and deep insight market intelligence to our clients. Our Innovation team works autonomously, like a startup, developing never-seen-before products that could fast-track Third Bridge into becoming a unicorn business over the next few years.
Alongside the Talent Acquisition Manager, the Tech Recruiter will build relationships with both internal stakeholders and candidates to provide the best match between candidates and opportunities within the organization.
You will be an integral part of the Talent Acquisition team by providing a wide breadth of sourcing expertise as well as exceptional stakeholder management. This individual will work closely with global counterparts working toward the same goal – maintaining our growth trajectory by attracting, retaining, and developing our employees.
Manage the full recruitment life cycle for Technical, Product and Innovation roles
Build relationships with key stakeholders
Understand the business units, role, candidate profile, and interview process for each position you are supporting
Source active candidates and shortlist passive candidates using various recruitment channels such as LinkedIn Recruiter, hackajob, Cord etc
Create and maintain candidate pools for all levels across Software Engineering, Product Management, UX/UI and Business Analysis amongst others
Perform CV review and initial phone screens
Build relationships with third party suppliers, as needed
Work with team members to ensure KPIs are met as an individual and a team
Help design and drive any process improvements to help us attract the best in class candidate
Prior experience of recruiting Software Engineers, in any language
Demonstrable success of directly sourcing candidates using multiple channels
Proficiency in a fast-paced atmosphere
Consistent track record of achieving KPIs and hiring targets
Adept in initial candidate assessment including CV review and phone interview
Proactive, self-managing individual with strong time management capability and attention to detail
Resilient when handling rejections, willing to face challenges and able to work under pressure
Familiarity working with an ATS and maintaining a high level of data integrity
