Job Description
As a principal UX writer, you’ll strategically define and shape the voices of the products we develop, keeping up-to-date with industry best-practices. You have excellent writing and literacy skills, application flow knowledge and story-telling abilities applicable in various analogue and digital channels. You’ll work with product and marketing team to develop scalable, iconic voice for Thinknum and its products. By implementing, documenting, and sharing best practices, you’ll empower product & marketing teams and set the standard of quality for early-stage and core products.

What We Need You To Do
Bring excellent UX writing and copywriting with a deep understanding of the marketing and product funnels from concept to delivery
Identify opportunities where UX writing can improve user experiences and meet business goals
Command a strong understanding of B2B technology and communications to large scale organizations
Be comfortable with sophisticated enterprise class technology and SaaS solutions
Translate marketing and product objectives into compelling communications and experiences while having an eye for details and flawless delivery
Be skilled in creative review, troubleshooting and managing feedback from stakeholders across the company
Embrace data and the metrics that demonstrate creative efficacy and inform communication insights
Work with the Marketing Producer and Product Team to see projects through to production delivery
Writing product language as a part of product and feature design teams
Qualifications
The Ideal Candidate will have:
Relevant past work experience that demonstrates effective copy and UX writing
Ability to develop and enforce tone and voice rulesets
Experience guiding early-stage product teams in UX best practices
A deep understanding and appreciation of multi-channel approaches to communication across social media, web, white papers and advertising
Ability to balance individual contributor work with strategic thinking and UX direction
Ability to create lightweight, highly collaborative processes
Ability to articulate the product design process to diverse audiences
