Job Description

You are a motivated self-starter passionate about crafting and implementing innovative product marketing and lead generation strategies. You thrive in a fast-paced tech startup environment and have a proven record of success leading revenue-generating marketing campaigns. You have an excellent oral and written communication skills. You think creatively about marketing in SaaS, data visualization and storytelling while keeping up with industry best practices.

As a key member of the Thinknum management, you will implement the marketing strategy to aggressively grow Thinknum’s footprint across the financial and corporate sector.

What We Need You To Do

  • Work closely with the company’s sales team; to scale lead generation through marketing tactics and provide them with appropriate tools, materials and presentations to nurture prospects across the financial and corporate sector.
  • Execute customer marketing initiatives aimed at expanding current customer accounts. 

  • Manage social media presence and direct programs to improve social media reputation and recognition.
  • Oversee marketing communications including branding, public relations, advertising, white papers, trade shows, seminars and events collateral materials, analyst and market research management, and website design and content.
  • Lead account-based marketing campaigns in an effort to penetrate and expand coverage of different roles (e.g. CIO, Data Analyst, Head of Business Intelligence) within target accounts. 
  • Set direction and participate in the collection of market and industry research to provide performance benchmarks, industry updates, market scans, competitive analysis and client reports.
  • Conduct continual research and analysis on industry & consumer trends, competitive data, social channels, and emerging technologies.
  • Utilize systems and tools such as Salesforce, Marketo and Splash 
  • Develop and track metrics and success criteria for all marketing programs and activities including revenue and margin targets for products and programs. Leverage Salesforce reporting and management tools.
  • Plan and execute 3rd party events and trade show sponsorships with end to end plan & follow-up, measurement and ROI. 
  • Maintain ongoing knowledge of marketing best practices and keeping an eye out for creative marketing opportunities.
  • Manage purchase and analysis of advertising across platforms, including AdWords, LinkedIn, and other channels.
  • Manage relationships with creative design agencies.

  • Proven record of success leading revenue-generating marketing campaigns across the financial and corporate sector
  • Demonstrated expertise in media buying, SEO, SEM and digital advertising
  • Hard-work and diligence 
  • Strong interest in finance is an advantage
  • Dynamic leadership and project management skills
  • Highly analytical with significant experience leading data-based decision making and distilling data into clearly concise stories 
  • Experience building and improving global brand awareness and support internally and externally
  • Entrepreneurial mindset; strategic, innovative and creative personality with a strong business acumen
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing related field
