Job Description

The Project Manager, PMO will be responsible for the successful end-to-end planning and execution of key business initiatives on the Project Management Office team.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THIS POSITION

  • The Project Manager is accountable for the on time, on budget project completion while achieving measurable benefits realization.
  • The Project Manager drives transformation through the coordination and completion of cross-functional projects
  • Determines and defines project scope and objectives
  • Tracks project costs in order to meet budget
  • Develops and manages a detailed project schedule and work plan
  • Provides project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress
  • Utilizes industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution
  • Measures project performance to identify areas for improvement

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of project management experience required
  • Previous people and/or program management experience preferred
  • Experience in a highly collaborative functional environment
  • Bachelor’s Degree in an appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
  • Work experience in a fast-paced SAAS environment
  • Project Management Professional Certification - PMI Institute or equivalent preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Fluency in Monday.Com or a similar project management software
  • Ability to clearly articulate project goals and objectives across varying audiences
  • Ability to effectively collaborate and coordinate across functional teams
  • Ability to work independently and balance multiple competing priorities
  • Strong analytical skills; working knowledge of OKRs and KPIs
  • Strong time management skills; prioritization and goal setting acumen
  • Advanced computer and software literacy including Microsoft Office and online project management tooling
  • Occasional travel required; less than 10% travel anticipated
