Job Description

The Vendor Manager, Revenue Cycle is responsible for managing our global partners to deliver best in class results including achieving RCM performance and financial revenue targets for customer. Vendor Manager, RCM executes on company-wide best-practices for RCM AR follow up, denial/rejection avoidance and management, and provide training and education on these topics. Acts as the liaison between Therapy Brands and its vendor partners for the various RCM teams, ensuring strong adherence to policy, protocol, KPIs and SLAs are met.

  • Understand, hold accountable and provide daily, weekly, monthly direction to our RCM global partner teams to drive RCM performance and ensure KPI’s and SLA’s are met from a partnership and employee level.
  • Ensure communication is strong, standardized, clear and consistent between our vendor partners and the RCM onshore team.
  • Assess vendor performance against KPIs and SLAs, prepare reports for executive leadership on vendor performance, remediation efforts and performance planning when KPS’s and SLA’s are not met.
    • Reporting includes but not limited to:
      • Monthly Global Scorecards
      • QA report/findings
      • Action plans/performance related to action plans.
  • Utilize data to proactively identify areas of opportunity and barriers to achieving goals, create plan for immediate action, effectively communicate direction to global partner and monitor via change management process.
  • Hold daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance meetings.
  • Hold calibration weekly, monthly sessions based on global performance.
  • Responsible for the organization and creation/updating (through partnering with RCM Operations and RCM Training) of SOP’s
  • Ensure global partners are fully/effectively trained and following the current SOP/best practice processes.
  • Optimize global processes to drive efficiency in the RCM process.
  • Partner with RCM Optimization and RCM Operations Team on global staffing needs, meeting financial goals.
  • Reconcile vendor invoicing to ensure appropriate billing.
  • Ability to lead projects related to RCM operations and global to help drive overall RCM performance, following project management practices.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Experience working with distributed and/or international teams required.
  • Medical billing/revenue cycle management experience desired
  • Expert-level understanding of the revenue cycle and medical billing desired.
  • Working knowledge of Excel, Salesforce, and project management tools required
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including at the executive level.
  • Strong project management skills
  • Intermediate computer skills (typing, data entry, general computer, and browser usage)
  • Must have the ability to analyze large sets of data and recommend/make actionable data-informed decisions.
  • Up to 10% travel is required.
