Job Description

The migrations team transitions customers to modern, robust solutions to further the Therapy Brands mission to expand access to quality therapy and mental healthcare. The Client Migration Specialist, reporting to the Director, Migration Program, is a member of the migration team who supports migration efforts by engaging potential migration customers and obtaining a signed migration agreement.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THIS POSITION

  • Establish a trusted/strategic advisor relationship with each client on the source platform and drive continued value of our products and services through migration.
  • Develop, prepare, and nurture customers for advocacy.
  • Develop a deep expertise of the destination platforms, encompassing both Practice Management and Clinical Operations
  • Maintain a targeted understanding of customers’ business showing the ability to identify customer problems with the source platform, prepare customers for the migration process, and create strong relationships to effectively drive migrations
  • Clearly understand the business challenges created by the technical issues the client faces
  • Lead the Migration customer acquisition process including:
    • Identification of targets
    • Cold Calling
    • Building Decision Maker Relationships and Trust
    • Educate Decision Maker on value of migration
    • Demo destination product
    • Deliver professional proposals
    • Delivering Financial Return: Value, ROI, Payback etc.
    • Negotiation: Legal and Business
    • Migration Agreement Completion
    • Handoff to Migration Onboarding Specialist

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of B2B sales or customer success experience
  • Healthcare SaaS experience is a plus
  • Must be innovative and able to make meaningful business judgments and independent decision making and recommendations. Demonstration of autonomy in prior roles.
  • Ability to negotiate in both challenging and collaborative migration engagements
  • Pleasant and straightforward phone and video manner.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex information in an easily accessible manner
  • Willingness to be flexible while working within a small team
  • Desire to work in a fast-paced, success-driven team environment
  • Well organized with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple complex projects
  • Healthcare experience is a plus
  • The ability to shift priorities quickly when necessary.
