We are seeking an experienced maintenance assistant for our campus in Warsaw Indiana. This position will be responsible for our corporate office and newly constructed Villas.  This includes job duties such as:

• Building maintenance for the corporate office and Villas
  • Basic plumbing, electrical & HVAC
  • Basic carpentry and painting skills
  • Preventative maintenance and repairs – appliances and equipment
• Grounds keeping/Landscaping – Corporate Office and Villas
  • Mowing & Trimming
  • Fertilizing
  • Pulling weeds
  • Trimming and pruning of plants and trees
  • Mulching
  • Leaf removal
  • Irrigation system maintenance
• Generator & Fire Pump
  • General understanding, testing and preventative maintenance
• Snow removal and salting of all parking lots and drives (including Villas)
• Maintenance and upkeep of corporate vehicles and corporate barn
• Ability to safely and effectively operate facility vehicles and equipment
  • Box truck
  • Snow plow truck
  • Asphalt seal tank
  • Mowers
  • Tractor/Backhoe
  • Chainsaws and other power tools

 General:

1. Successfully complete pre-employment process and screening.
2. Able to pass physical examination given in behalf of gainful employment within the facility.
3. Satisfactorily pass through required orientation and training.
4. Be able to follow written and/or verbal instructions.

EXPOSURE CATEGORY II: Tasks that involve no exposure to blood, body fluids, or tissues, but employment may require unplanned Category I tasks
