Theracare is seeking a motivated Physical Therapist to deliver exemplary care and enthusiasm in working with our veteran population in a Skilled Nursing Care setting.

This position is for the Indiana Veteran's Home.

The Physical Therapist would evaluate and treat patients, in accordance with the orders from the physician, through the use of a variety of therapeutic procedures designed to restore loss of muscle strength, coordination, body alignment, to relieve pain, improve movement and function. The Physical Therapist will work as a member of a team providing support and information within the area of Physical Therapy. 

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor of Science or advanced degree in Physical Therapy

Current state license/certification

Current registration with the American Physical Therapy Certification Board

Prefer minimum one (1) year experience in rehabilitation
