Job Description

Thenamaris invites high-caliber professionals to apply for a job opportunity within the Planning department. The selected individual will report to the Planning Manager and play a key role in managing various cross-departmental efforts, projects and/or strategic programs aligned with corporate objectives.

This role involves supporting the company, including the commercial and fleet management teams in conceptualizing, designing, planning, executing, and tracking performance improvement initiatives, particularly those of a cross-functional nature. The individual will work closely with the business, and the IT department to translate business needs into actionable IT system requirements and will follow through until their implementation.

The ideal candidate will be a responsible and dynamic individual with strong problem-solving, analytical and IT skills to support data-driven decision-making. In addition, a results-oriented approach, excellent oral and written communication skills, and the ability to engage stakeholders effectively are also key attributes.

The position is permanent and is based in Athens (Vouliagmeni) Greece.

    Qualifications

    The following characteristics and skills are required:

    • A university degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, or a related discipline, along with a Master’s degree in a relevant field
    • Strong understanding of business process analysis, redesign methodologies, and system configuration principles
    • Expertise in project management and system configuration, preferably within a consulting environment
    • Proficiency in SQL, Power BI, and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel)
    • 3 to 5 years of experience in a role focused on business process analysis and redesign, with a proven ability to translate business needs into precise, actionable IT system requirements
    • Strong background in consulting or a role requiring analytical and conceptual thinking, with the ability to understand and navigate complex systems
    • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, effectively balancing deadlines and competing priorities
    • Proficiency in English at an oral and written level
