We're now looking for a passionate, driven and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our family and help lead our Brisbane northside restaurant and continuing the tradition of excellence.

Fast food or quick service restaurant experience is preferred but not required for this position.

This position is a Full Time salaried role: $75,000 per annum + Superannuation + Bonus!

Candidates must hold valid Australian work rights or an acceptable work visa.

Your Role:

As Restaurant Manager at The Yiros Shop, you'll be responsible for overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations, from managing a team of passionate staff to ensuring each customer enjoys the authentic Greek dining experience. You'll be an essential part of the team, ensuring the day-to-day operation runs smoothly while delivering high standards of food quality, service, and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership & Development: Recruit, train, and inspire a dynamic team. Lead by example and foster a positive, inclusive culture where everyone feels valued.

  • Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day operations, including stock management, compliance, scheduling, and team coordination. Ensure smooth and efficient service.

  • Customer Experience Excellence: Maintain and elevate the Yiros Shop standard of customer service. Every guest deserves a warm, welcoming atmosphere and a high-quality meal.

  • Financial Management: Drive restaurant profitability by managing costs, maximising sales opportunities, and meeting KPIs. Enjoy the rewards of your hard work with performance-based bonuses.

  • Compliance & Quality Control: Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and health standards are maintained at all times.

  • Experience Requirements: A minimum of 6-12 months management experience is required for this role.

Mandatory Requirements:

  • Food Safety Certificate (e.g., I'm Alert Food Safety Course – FREE online)

  • Valid working rights (passport and visa grant for international workers)

  • RSA Certificate to be obtained within 30 days of commencing employment
