Your Role:
As the Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will be a key player in the success of our new location. You’ll oversee everything from managing a dynamic team to ensuring that each guest enjoys the best Greek food and service experience possible.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Team Building: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team that shares your passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
Operations Management: Oversee daily operations, stock management, compliance, rosters and people management ensuring that all processes run smoothly, efficiently.
Customer Satisfaction: Ensuring an amazing customer experience every time. Upholding The Yiros Shop’s high standards of quality and service
Financial Management: Manage budgets, reduce costs, and drive revenue by maximizing sales opportunities. Hit your KPIs and earn monthly bonuses!

Qualifications
About You:
We are looking for an Assistant Restaurant Manager who is dynamic, results-driven, and an excellent leader.
Experience managing teams in a fast-paced environment with the ability to motivate, train, and develop your team.
Strong communication skills – can give clear instructions and feedback.
A natural leader who thrives in a dynamic environment and loves inspiring teams with a hands on approach.
Knowledge of fast-food service standards and workflows.
Strong problem-solving skills to can handle issues quickly and effectively.
Experience with inventory management, rostering, and stock control.
You are customer focused and passionate about delivering exceptional experiences for your guests.
Ability to analyze sales reports, control costs, and hit company’s KPIs.
Experience managing labor costs, food costs, and profitability.
Ability to train staff on safety procedures and best practices.
