Your Role:

As the Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will be a key player in the success of our new location. You’ll oversee everything from managing a dynamic team to ensuring that each guest enjoys the best Greek food and service experience possible.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership & Team Building: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team that shares your passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

  • Operations Management: Oversee daily operations, stock management, compliance, rosters and people management ensuring that all processes run smoothly, efficiently.

  • Customer Satisfaction: Ensuring an amazing customer experience every time. Upholding The Yiros Shop’s high standards of quality and service

Qualifications

About You:

We are looking for an Assistant Restaurant Manager who is dynamic, results-driven, and an excellent leader.

  • Experience managing teams in a fast-paced environment with the ability to motivate, train, and develop your team.

  • Strong communication skills – can give clear instructions and feedback.

  • A natural leader who thrives in a dynamic environment and loves inspiring teams with a hands on approach.

  • Knowledge of fast-food service standards and workflows.

  • Strong problem-solving skills to can handle issues quickly and effectively.

  • Experience with inventory management, rostering, and stock control.

  • You are customer focused and passionate about delivering exceptional experiences for your guests.

  • Ability to analyze sales reports, control costs, and hit company’s KPIs.

  • Experience managing labor costs, food costs, and profitability.

  • Ability to train staff on safety procedures and best practices.
