Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our Jindalee Restaurant at a full time capacity which is located in the very busy DFO shopping mall.
The main duties are:
- Exceptional Communication Skills
- Experience in Delivering Excellent Customer Service
- Labour Management
- Inventory and Ordering Management
- Sales Reporting
- Trialing and Training Employees
- Performance Evaluations and Staff Management
- Achieving Store Specific KPI Structure
- Customer Complaint Management
- Managing and Supervising Employees Including Juniors
Qualifications
The Yiros Shop is seeking someone that has leadership experience that can effectively run the day-to-day operations for the restaurant and demonstrate exceptional people skills to manage a great team and lead them to success!
- Experience in managing a Fast-Food Restaurant
- Prior experience achieving KPI’s and driving profitability
- Strong leadership skills and motivation to lead a young team through goal setting
- Have flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail, ensuring store is clean and in good running order
- Training and development experience
- Friendly attitude and genuine passion for the fast-food industry
