We are on the search for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at our buzzing Newmarket Restaurant!

The Job Involves:

• Exceptional Communication Skills
• Experience in Delivering Excellent Customer Service
• Labour Management
• Inventory and Ordering Management
• Sales Reporting
• Trialing and Training Employees  
• Performance Evaluations and Staff Management
• Achieving Store Specific KPI Structure
• Customer Complaint Management
• Managing and Supervising Employees Including Juniors

About You:

• Experience in managing a Fast-Food Restaurant 
• Experience mentoring and leading young staff - Especially school aged.
• Prior experience achieving KPI’s and driving profitability
• Strong leadership skills and motivation to lead a young team through goal setting
• Have flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail, ensuring store is clean and in good running order
• Training and development experience
• Friendly attitude and genuine passion for the fast-food industry

Mandatory Requirements

• Food Safety Certificate
