Our Operations team is seeking an Oracle Supply Planning Specialist who will serve as the functional system owner and subject matter expert for Oracle Supply Planning Cloud following go-live. This role will partner closely with the Supply Planning team to maximize system adoption, review and support post go-live enhancements, validate system changes, maintain governance over planning setup and data configuration, and continuously improve reporting and visualization through Power BI. The Specialist will help ensure the planning team uses Oracle Supply Planning Cloud effectively, consistently, and in alignment with business needs.

This is a full-time, temporary position expected to last 6 to 9 months, with the potential to convert to a permanent position based on business needs.

This position will be based at our West Los Angeles, CA office. We work a hybrid schedule with an in-office requirement Monday-Wednesday and the option to work remotely on Thursday and Friday.

Job Description

  • Post Go-Live Enhancements and System Optimization:
    • Serve as the primary business owner for Oracle Supply Planning Cloud enhancements after go-live, partnering with Supply Planning and IT to evaluate business needs and translate them into clear functional requirements.
    • Review, prioritize, and support enhancement requests related to planning processes, system functionality, workflows, and reporting capabilities.
    • Identify opportunities to improve system usage, streamline planning activities, and drive continuous improvement in Oracle-enabled planning processes.
  • Testing and Validation:
    • Lead user acceptance testing efforts with the Supply Planning team, documenting results, issues, and required follow-up actions.
    • Manage open enhancement and defect lists, coordinate resolution with IT and business stakeholders, and ensure timely closure of action items.
  • Training, Documentation, and User Enablement:
    • Develop and maintain user manuals, standard operating procedures, quick reference guides, and process documentation to support effective Oracle Supply Planning Cloud usage.
    • Conduct training sessions, refresher workshops, and one-on-one support for Supply Planning users to strengthen adoption and ensure consistent use of the tool.
    • Document business processes, system procedures, monthly planning activities, and governance routines to create clear and sustainable ways of working.
  • Data Governance and System Configuration:
    • Own and maintain the planning system setup, master data configuration, planning parameters, and governance processes required to support accurate supply planning outputs.
    • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure planning data is accurate, complete, timely, and aligned with business rules and operating requirements.
    • Monitor data quality, investigate configuration or data-related issues, and recommend process or system changes to improve reliability and consistency.
  • Power BI Development and Reporting:
    • Develop, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards and reports to improve visibility into planning performance, system outputs, exceptions, and key decision-making metrics.
    • Partner with planning stakeholders to identify reporting needs, improve data visualization, and support continuous improvement in planning analytics.
    • Validate report accuracy and ensure Power BI outputs are aligned with Oracle data, business definitions, and planning team requirements.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in supply planning, supply chain systems, business process improvement, or related operations support.
  • Experience working with a large-scale ERP or enterprise business system; experience with Oracle Supply Planning Cloud, Oracle Fusion, SAP, NetSuite, or a comparable system preferred.
  • Experience supporting post go-live system enhancements, user acceptance testing, issue resolution, and functional requirements documentation.
  • Strong understanding of master data governance, system configuration, planning parameters, and data quality practices within a supply planning environment.
  • Experience creating user manuals, SOPs, training materials, process documentation, and business support guides.
  • Power BI dashboard development experience preferred, including data visualization, report enhancement, and validation of reporting outputs.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, prioritization, and communication skills with the ability to partner effectively across Supply Planning, IT, and cross-functional business teams.
  • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, and other Microsoft Office programs.
  • BS/BA required, preferably in Supply Chain Management, Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Mathematics, or a related field.

Pay Range: $43.00 an hour. Final compensation will be dependent upon skills & experience.
