Suterra is a global leader in environmentally responsible pest management solutions. We partner with growers throughout California to protect high-value specialty crops using innovative pheromone technology that reduces reliance on traditional pesticides.

We're looking for someone who is excited to learn, enjoys working in the field, and wants to grow into a technical agricultural career. Whether you're a recent graduate or have a few years of agricultural experience, we'll provide the training, mentorship, and hands-on experience to help you build a rewarding career.

The Technical Field Representative I (Agriculture) is an entry-level field position that combines customer service, field operations, and agricultural support. In this role, you'll work directly with growers and internal teams to execute seasonal product deployments, assist with field trials, collect field data, and help deliver innovative pest management solutions throughout California.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors, is passionate about agriculture, and is looking to build a long-term career in sustainable crop production. Suterra provides the training, mentorship, and hands-on experience needed to develop into a technical field expert.
