Our Operations team is seeking a Sr. Supply Planner for FIJI Water. This role will be responsible for developing production and shipment plans that support our global sales strategy while managing inventory levels across warehouses in the U.S., Canada, Europe, and Australia. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive, detail-oriented professional seeking high visibility and the opportunity to contribute as a key member of a dynamic department with impact across the full supply chain.

This position will be based at our West Los Angeles, CA office. We work a hybrid schedule with an in-office requirement Monday-Wednesday and the option to work remotely on Thursday and Friday.

Job Description

  • Ensure shipment purchase orders and bookings are created accurately and on schedule, and communicate shipping forecasts to third-party carriers to support the production plan.
  • Collaborate with ocean freight, drayage, and shipping partners to ensure freight allocations align with shipment requirements.
  • Partner with international sales, customer service, and plant production teams to ensure direct customer orders are planned effectively.
  • Manage and publish production and shipment plans for the production team, confirming plans remain within capacity constraints while maintaining optimal inventory levels across all warehouses.
  • Coordinate with sourcing, raw materials, ocean carrier, and production teams to prevent production delays or setbacks.
  • Work closely with the distribution team to optimize inventory levels based on warehouse capacity and cost considerations.
  • Maintain and monitor inventory levels and weeks of coverage by SKU across all U.S. and international warehouses, ensuring inventory remains within established targets to support the sales strategy.
  • Support the customer service team in fulfilling customer orders and create inventory transfers as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Supply Chain Management, Mathematics, Finance, or Business Management.
  • Two or more years of supply chain planning or related experience preferred.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, and Outlook.
  • Solid understanding of end-to-end supply chain management processes.
  • Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong verbal, active listening, and written communication skills.
  • Proven success in fast-paced, results-oriented, and continually changing environments.
  • Comfortable making decisions with incomplete or ambiguous information.
  • Demonstrated success collaborating cross-functionally to achieve ambitious results.
  • Experience with MRP or supply planning software, such as Oracle Supply Planning Cloud, is a plus.

Pay Range: $80,000 - $95,000 and may include a discretionary bonus. Final compensation will be dependent upon skills & experience.
