Wonderful Sales is the sales and merchandising organization for The Wonderful Company, responsible for the sales of Wonderful produce items through supermarkets and retailers across the U.S. and Canada. Our associates support nearly 20,000 stores and are devoted to promoting our high-quality branded products. The team consists of sales professionals, merchandisers, a direct store delivery group in New York, and a Los Angeles-based headquarters staff, which includes finance, analytics, and support.
We are looking for a highly motivated, detail-oriented Sales Operations Associate to support our Sales Managers and help drive the execution of promotional activity across multiple regions. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career who enjoys working with data, staying organized, and supporting a fast-paced sales team while building a foundation in sales operations.
This position will be based at our West Los Angeles, CA office. We work a hybrid schedule with an in-office requirement Monday-Wednesday and the option to work remotely on Thursday and Friday.
Job Description
- Provide partnership and support to 4–5 Sales Managers, helping ensure promotions and sales activities are executed accurately and on time.
- Own and manage promotional activity within our Trade Promotion Management system (Demantra), including:
- Promotion setup, updates, and adjustments
- Tracking and maintaining accurate promotional data
- Support the full lifecycle of promotions, including:
- Submitting new item forms and promotional contracts
- Managing customer portals and deal entry
- Monitoring pricing and resolving discrepancies
- Partner with Sales Managers through weekly check-ins and ongoing support requests
- Assist with promotional reporting and help maintain accurate sales forecasts
- Investigate and help resolve customer deductions and payment discrepancies
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Trade Marketing, Finance, and internal teams
- Maintain organized documentation across shared drives and customer systems
Qualifications

- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a sales operations environment
- Positive, proactive attitude and strong communication skills
- Ability to stay organized and follow through on tasks
- Comfortable working with data and numbers
- Experience in internships, coordinator roles, or support roles (sales, operations, retail, or customer support)
- Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office tools
- Exposure to reporting tools (e.g., Power BI)
- Experience with trade promotion or sales systems (e.g., Demantra)
Pay Range: $71,000.00 and may include a discretionary bonus. Final compensation will be dependent upon skills & experience.
