Job Description

The Continuous Improvement Administrator supports Continuous Improvement efforts across Wonderful Orchards locations. This role assists with coordinating projects, maintaining documentation, supporting training efforts, and tracking progress related to process improvements.

Functions include but are not limited to the following. Must be able to move freely between tasks depending on workload, season, etc.

  • Administrative Support: Provide day-to-day support for Continuous Improvement activities, including scheduling meetings, tracking action items, and maintaining project documentation.
  • Training Support: Assist with coordinating and supporting training sessions related to Continuous Improvement tools (e.g., Lean, 5S, Kaizen).
  • Data Tracking & Reporting: Collect, organize, and maintain data to support improvement initiatives and track progress.
  • Process Documentation: Help document standard processes, procedures, and updates across sites.
  • Project Coordination: Support multiple projects by tracking timelines, following up on tasks, and ensuring deliverables are completed.
  • Continuous Improvement Support: Assist team members with basic Continuous Improvement tools and help identify areas for improvement.
  • Best Practice Sharing: Help gather and distribute best practices across teams and departments.
  • General Support: Provide additional administrative and operational support to the Continuous Improvement team as needed.

Pay Range: $25.00-$30.00/hr. Final compensation will be dependent upon skills & experience.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or a related field preferred
  • 1–2 years of administrative, operations, or support experience preferred

SPECIFIC KNOWELDGE, SKILLS, LICENSES, AND/OR CERTIFICATIONS:

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Basic understanding of Continuous Improvement concepts (Lean, 5S, etc.) is a plus
  • Experience with data tracking or reporting preferred
  • Basic presentation skills are a plus
  • Valid California driver’s license required
