Job Description

SUMMARY OF POSITION

The Data & AI Analyst is central to translating business requirements into analytical solutions. The role is responsible for defining and documenting use cases for new data science and AI initiatives by collaborating with key stakeholders. The core function involves performing in-depth data analysis, supporting the development and validation of Machine Learning (ML) models, and assisting with the integration of AI-driven solutions into operational processes. This position directly contributes to the organization's strategic goals by converting raw data into actionable insights and supporting the successful deployment of advanced analytics.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define, analyze, and document clear use cases, requirements, and desired outcomes for new AI and data science initiatives.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and root causes. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar visualization platforms.
  • Assist senior data scientists and engineers in the preparation of data, feature engineering, and the training and validation of Machine Learning (ML) models (e.g., predictive, classification, clustering).
  • Support the testing and integration of analytical models and AI solutions into business processes and applications.
  • Present analytical findings and model results clearly and concisely to non-technical and technical audiences.
  • Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of data used for analytics and model development.

SKILL REQUIREMENTS

Language skills

  • Excellent project management, writing, and oral communication skills are required.

Mathematical skills

  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals, along with computing ratios, and percentages.

Reasoning Ability

  • Must be able to manage competing demands, accept criticism and constructive feedback, while being extremely adaptable and flexible.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
  • Strong initiative and solid judgment abilities/skills.

QUALIFICATIONS EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor's degree in quantitative fields such as Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or related discipline. (preferred).

Pay Range: $68,640-$81,820/yr
