Overview:

Responsible for accurately tracking movement of packaging material from the storage warehouse through the production process.  

Here's what you'll do:

• Tracks Personnel transfers to varies cost center

• Confers with operations supervisors and operators on materials used

• Identifies discrepancies in Production Personnel hours on computer system

• Data entry and filing paperwork

• Runs reports to help determine needs

• Prepares and maintains daily reconciliation of all Production activity

• Perform and verify cycle counts

• Maintain production inventory control

• Daily review of Production line efficiency

• Maintain clean and safe work environment

• Become familiar with production batch process for facilities

• Update computer system to reflect actual available inventory

• Must work with fellow co-workers and promote a teamwork environment

• Customer service and clerical duties

• Must be able to work in different environmental temperatures

• All other duties as assigned

Here's what you'll bring to the table:

• Computer skills
• Two years' experience related to inventory or production
• Be able to work well with others
• Be able to work in Production, warehouse and office environments
• Have good math skills
• Be able to handle multi-tasks
• Be detail oriented
• Good communication skills
• High school diploma or equivalent required. Trade school/occupational training desired but not required
• Must be able to frequently move items weighing up to 25 pounds as needed
• Ability to read/ analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations
