The Production Lead oversees the day-to-day operations of the Beverage department. This position ensures that production goals are met efficiently and safely while maintaining high-quality standards. The Production Lead supervises team members, monitors workflow, and coordinates with various departments to optimize processes.

What our Beverage Lead will do:

• Production Oversight:

  • Manage daily operations of the production line to ensure efficiency and adherence to production schedules.
  • Monitor production equipment and processes to maintain optimal performance and minimize downtime.
  • Ensure accurate reporting of production data, including output, quality, and waste.

• Team Supervision:

  • Lead and mentor production team members.
  • Plan and assign tasks based on skillsets and workload requirements.
  • Provide regular feedback, conduct performance evaluations, and assist in training employees.

• Health & Safety:

  • Promote and enforce a safe work environment by adhering to and implementing safety policies and procedures.

• Process Improvement:

  • Identify areas for improvement in production efficiency and implement solutions in collaboration with the management team.
  • Monitor inventory levels and materials usage to reduce waste and ensure timely replenishment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including maintenance, logistics, and planning, to ensure seamless operations.

Compensation: $25.00
