The Paid Search Analyst, eFlorist provides online marketing assistance to member florists that participate in Teleflora’s local paid search program. This role is responsible for driving top-tier performance in PPC channels and supporting strategic initiatives to drive growth and operational improvement within the paid search program. The eFlorist team is Teleflora’s webhosting services department and aims to grow the number of websites hosted for florists and to optimize existing site performance through various measures including SEO, SEM, email marketing, ongoing platform enhancements, and excellent customer service.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about eCommerce, dedicated to driving incremental value for our florists, constantly evaluating new approaches and innovations in search to improve performance, and excited to leverage data to drive critical business decisions.  This role partners across marketing and customer support teams to advise and execute on optimizing florists’ paid search results. It requires a foundational knowledge of Google Ads, the ability to manipulate large data sets, an ability to crystalize key insights from findings, and strong bias for action to implement new strategies. The Paid Search Analyst, eFlorist will report to the Growth Marketing Manager, eFlorist. This position will be based at our Oklahoma City, OK office.. This position is remote for the Oklahoma City area with one day per month required to work in the Oklahoma City office.

Job Description

  • Assist in the creation, optimization, and internal processes related to paid search campaigns
  • Daily management of specific paid search participants, with keen ability to trouble-shoot campaigns quickly and precisely
  • Conduct weekly and monthly reviews of relevant KPIs to advise on ongoing management strategies
  • Create ongoing and ad-hoc reports to support analysis of program performance
  • Collaborate with other paid search team members to synthesize learnings and shape strategic initiatives
  • Present findings and provide suggestions to improve program performance to digital marketing team members and leadership teams
  • Support Marketing Support team members with relevant insights and guidance related to florist inquiries (including call scripting and documentation policies to ensure quality and consistency throughout the Marketing department)
  • Communicate/train other departments when necessary on paid search program (e.g. sales, customer service)

Qualifications

  • Deep understanding of paid search management and analytics, with 2 years in practical experience
  • Demonstrated ability to think critically about business requirements to drive meaningful decision-making
  • Superior problem-solving and analytical skills (both quantitative and qualitative) coupled with an attention to detail
  • Strong desire to achieve and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction, willing to work 7x24 in mission critical situations or customer sensitive situations
  • Hands-on experience with developing and reporting on KPIs for business, process improvement projects, and similar operational priorities.
  • Excellent organizational skills and proven ability to prioritize and deliver multiple projects, adhering to tight deadlines in a constantly changing and extremely fast-paced environment
  • Maintain on-going awareness and understanding of emerging technologies and methodologies related to paid search (and paid media broadly)
  • High school graduate or equivalent. Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience is preferred.
